6. Send The Mist Away (Ballad)
When I was a teenager, around 1980, my parents didn't want me to play anything that wasn't Classical Music with our upright Piano. My mum would lock it with it's key when leaving me home alone, I therefore had to make my own key out of an aluminium canned meat key, to unlock the Piano and play freely whatever crossed my mind. This song's A section is one of those things which crossed my mind at that time, the B section came later in 2014 to complete the song. Back then, when I heard the lift coming to our floor, I had to quickly lock the Piano and pretend I had not been playing it. I think my parents never found out, I can't ask them as sadly they have both since passed away.
